Spec Home in Crofton

We found a great little corner lot located in Crofton where we wanted to build a spec house targeting

first time home buyers or someone that wanted to downsize.  This home turned out great with awesome views of the ocean out of the living room window.  Even Mount Bakker gets framed by the two peaks on Salt Spring Island!
